oh hey,

avez-vous une question?
I'm Rachel. I like to blog, but I'm kind of a tumblr-tard. Here's my legit blog in case you're interested :)

sleep is evading me.

or am I just evading sleep? It’s hard to tell.

all I can say is, I just learned that obtaining a new drivers’ license in the state of Utah requires more proof of identification than changing your name with the Social Security Administration of the United States of America.

that is just a little bit ridiculous.

it’s almost as bad as the time I tried to get a Contra Costa County Library Card. I didn’t have the fifteen bajillion bank statements and pieces of mail stating that I lived where I said I did, so I just never got one…..

I wonder how difficult it is to get a Salt Lake County Library Card.

but I should probably wait to do that until I get my name all changed…..

why does everything for the rest of my entire life depend on this silly [and lengthy. and necessary] procedure????

and why, if practically everyone’s mother has done this, is it so darn difficult?

Okay - soapbox done. hyperbole off. I should attempt to sleep now.

goodnight :)
